Review your queue weekly. Remove outdated content and pin fresh, relevant items to keep your widgets engaging.
Queues are where your aggregated content comes to life. Each topic has a corresponding queue that displays all collected content, allowing you to manually curate, organize, and prepare content for your widgets. This guide covers everything you need to know about effective queue management.
A queue is a one-to-one mapping with a topic that provides:

Navigate to Topics
From your dashboard, go to the Topics section.

Open Queue
Click “View Queue” next to any topic to access its corresponding queue.

Pinned items are priority content that:

Select Items to Pin
Click the pin icon (📌) next to any content item.

Manage Pin Limit
If you already have 10 pinned items, you’ll need to unpin an existing item first.

Verify Pinned Status
Pinned items move to the top section with a pin indicator.
Pinned items can be reordered using drag-and-drop:
Access Pinned Section
Pinned items appear in a dedicated section at the top of your queue.

Drag and Drop
Click and drag any pinned item to reorder within the pinned section.

Save Order
The new order saves automatically and applies to all widgets using this topic.
